Maintains and enhances the company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations through a unified company culture, and human resources policies, programs, and practices
Assures compliance with company policies and applicable employment-related laws and regulations
Compiles proper reporting
Prepares internal and external HR reports, and manages record retention
Manages HRIS system
Oversees recruiting, hiring, and training of new team members
Processes payroll

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of Associates Degree in Human Resources or equivalent post-secondary education
Extensive knowledge of New England employment-related laws and regulations
2 or more years of Human Resources and payroll experience
